YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT

Please provide the following on the day of your consultation appointment (if not already forwarded)

• Referral letter

• Results including blood tests, X-rays and other radiological investigations (CT/MRI).

• Medicare or DVA card, insurance provider details. 

• Patient registration sheet – can be completed and forwarded prior, or on the day of consultation

Your initial appointment is 50 minutes.

During this consultation, Dr Braid will take a comprehensive history and perform a relevant examination, review available pathology results including imaging and provide an opinion and summary.

A letter will be sent to the referring doctor. 

fees for service

Fees are payable immediately following the consultation. We accept credit cards, debit cards, cheque or cash.

You will be able to process your Medicare rebate claim on the spot. This means that your claim will be automatically paid within a few days if Medicare have your bank account details.
